All orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering, unless noted otherwise on your order confirmation. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link.
Expedited Shipping: Orders received after 10am PST will ship following business day.

Items must be returned within 14 working days once received to be eligible for return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in the same condition you received it, with the original tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria and the time limit are non-returnable

Please enclose your order number and name inside the returns package.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item. We strongly recommend that you send your return parcel via a trackable delivery service such as Recorded or Signed For Delivery, as all responsibility for the safe delivery of returned items lies with the customer.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached. After we have received your return, please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
